Scott Pickering 
Founder and Director 

Scott is an experienced Non-Executive Director and CEO with over 30 years global business expertise in insurance, healthcare and financial services. He is currently Chair and Director of Evolution Healthcare and is an Independent Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Insurance Australia Group (IAG), IAG New Zealand Limited, Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited and Kiwibank Limited. In addition he is an External Advisor to global management consulting firm Bain & Co and HealthNow Limited and runs his own management and leadership consulting company - Engage Consulting Limited. 

He excels in building high-performing executive teams and steering businesses through significant transformations to enhanced customer outcomes and foster trust and confidence. His experience living and working in both emerging and mature economies has honed his cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Between May 2013 and June 2021 Scott was Chief Executive - Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) leading and delivering the most significant business transformation for the Corporation in its 50 + year history. 

Previously, Scott was Regional CEO for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa for Willis (Towers Watson) one of the worlds largest insurance brokers, with a responsibility for managing Willis' operations in these regions. Scott also served as President - Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. 

Prior to Willis Scott held progressively larger CEO roles over a 20 year period with both Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance (RSA) and Chubb Insurance (and its predecessor companies) in the Middle East, Africa, Japan, South East Asia and Australasia. 

Scott is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance and a Certified Insurance Professional. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand.
